11. I have lost my Season Card / match ticket(s), what should I do?

Lost, stolen or damaged Season Cards will incur a £10 replacement fee per card. In the case of stolen cards the supporter should immediately report to the police and obtain a crime reference number. They should then notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately and the Club will issue a new Season Card. The old Season Card will therefore be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. Ticket reprints as a result of forgotten Season Cards / match tickets will result in a charge of the full-match ticket price for that particular game. In the 10 working days following a game, this charge will be refunded less a £5 administration fee. Please remember to have proof of identification (driving license or credit card) where cards have been lost, stolen or forgotten. If you do not have means of identification you will not gain access to the game.

2. Purchasing A Match Ticket

You can either log in before you start browsing for seats, or log in once you have selected seats. To start, select ‘Home Games’ from the welcome page. It will then bring up a list of games currently on sale. Any pre-qualifying sales criteria applicable to a game will show up on this screen. When you have picked your game, you will be presented with two options:

Choose your own seat(s) – this option will load a live seating plan and allow you to select your exact area and seating location. Please note, to access the live seating plan you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from here.

Best available – simply choose your stand, preferred area and quantity of tickets; and our system will allocate you the best available seats. Click on Buy Seats Now.

The seats will now show up in your shopping basket. If you haven’t already logged in, you will now need to do so. If you are unsure on how to log in, please refer to our FAQ.

Once you are logged in, you can change the price bands for each seat if required; and if you have any people linked to yourself in ‘Friends & Family’ you can allocate one of the seats to them. After you have made all the required changes, please click on ‘Update Basket’ and all the changes will then be confirmed in your shopping basket.

To proceed and pay for your tickets, click on ‘Checkout’. On the checkout page you will need to select your card type, and enter the long card number. We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron. As well as the card number, you will need to enter the expiry date; start date (not applicable with Solo cards) and Issue Number (only applicable to Solo cards). You will also need to provide the last three digits on the security strip at the back of the card.

Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Once you have completed the above instructions, click on ‘Continue’ to process the payment. It will take approximately 1 minute for the transaction to be processed. Do not refresh the page or attempt to navigate away from this page. Once payment has been confirmed, you will see another screen to tell you that the transaction has been successful. There will be a payment reference on this screen, and you also have the option to print the screen. An email will also be sent to the email address that is registered on the system under your customer number.

3. Purchasing/Renewing A Season Ticket

Log in to your account. If you are an existing Season Ticket Holder wishing to renew, simply click on ‘Season Ticket Renewals’ on the welcome page. This will then automatically bring up your current season ticket seat for renewal. If you have any other season ticket holders registered in your ‘Friends & Family’ their details will show up too.

For new purchasers, click on ‘Season Ticket Sales’ on the welcome page, and select your seat in the similar way to purchasing home match tickets.

There are several screens that you will need to navigate. The first is regarding the Auto Cup Scheme Enrolment. The Auto Cup Scheme is an exclusive benefit to Season Ticket Holders which allows you to sign up for Cup matches in advance, avoiding the inconvenience of purchasing your seat on a match-by-match basis; and without paying any booking fees.

When subscribing to home matches your Season Card will be activated once payment has been processed.

If you do wish to subscribe to any of these cup schemes, simply tick the box next to your season ticket seat for each scheme you wish to participate in. If you don’t want to participate in the schemes, simply tick the box next to ‘I do not require any tickets for this scheme’.

After you have made your choice regarding signing up to Auto Cup Schemes, just click on ‘Next’ (which is located towards the bottom of that screen). This will then take you to the 2nd page of the process.

If you have opted to take part in some of the Auto Cup Schemes, you will be taken to a page where you can input the card details you wish to use for the schemes.

Please note that for legal reasons; Maestro, Electron and Solo cannot be accepted for the Auto Cup Schemes.

Once you have inputted the card details, click on ‘Next’ and this will then take you to your purchase summary.

In the purchase summary, you will see your seat details, your price band and the cost of your season ticket. It will also summarize your Auto Cup Scheme enrolment (if applicable). If everything is correct, and you wish to proceed to the next screen to pay for your ticket, click on ‘Checkout’. If you want to purchase more season tickets, click on ‘Continue Shopping’.

If you have clicked on ‘Checkout’, you will be taken to the Checkout Payment screen. Again, it will summarize the purchase; and towards the bottom of the screen it will give you the option to provide your bank Sort Code and Account Number if you wish to pay for your season ticket by Direct Debit (please note – there is a £15 administration fee if you choose this option). If you want to proceed, input the details and click on ‘Continue’. If you would rather pay for your season ticket by Credit or Debit card, click on ‘Pay by Card’. This take you to a final screen were you will need to input your card details to complete the sale.

If you chose to pay by Direct Debit, another screen will appear which summarizes the entire transaction and will also provide the Direct Debit Guarantee details. You have the option to print off this page too. If you are happy with everything on the screen, click on ‘Confirm Order’ at the bottom of the screen.
